So what to do about a “concrete back”? The solution to balancing my body was to go to Clayne at Elevation Health! After Patti and team at Relative Therapies did some work on my aches and pains I then went to Clayne’s gym, for some “one on one” training and advice on how to balance my body. Now through ongoing work out sessions with Clayne, specifically designed to strengthen my weak muscles and take the load off my overworked back muscles, I am very pleased to say my fitness has improved markedly and my back pain is non-existent.
